Hello!  I have two that need identification.  The second was incorrectly labelled as a majesty, but I am suspecting it’s a Cataractarum.  The first is so juvenile and the pot was unlabelled that I have no idea.  Possibly a Lutescens? (but I am begging for a howea forestinia!). Thanks for the help!

Welcome to Palmtalk!  I think your Chamaedorea cataractarum will be the best choice of the 3 palms you bought for growing indoors.  Since your office has no windows you'll want to get some special plant lights for them as the regular LED's won't do them a whole lot of good.  Improving humidity will certainly help in your climate!  Just make sure that your potting mix drains well to avoid root rot.

Thanks!  Really looking forward to the rewarding challenge.  When I repot, is the consensus to use @Pal Meir mix?

Pal Meir has some excellent mixes for different species of palms.  If you use one of those or something similar be prepared to water often but palms will look great.
