Are these fruits? I’ve not seen hairy ones before.. That didn’t fall off immediately after flowering.

wanting to harvest seeds is the reason I asked. I’ve never harvested tricho seeds before.

Developing Flower Buds.. or some that aborted but haven't yet been shed.. Some of mine do this.  Fruits will resemble a spine ..or hair covered Dragon fruit/ Fruit on Saguaro on these..

:greenthumb: That's exactly what i'd do, lol.. Supposedly Bat pollinated in habitat.
