Stictocardia.. AKA sometimes called Hawaiian Bells.. Possibly S. beraviensis ( the most well known species )  Great plant if you can find it. Have heard the flowers can have an odd scent. Supposedly hardy into the lower 30s.  For what it is worth, Dave's garden has an observation of it, posted by someone in Laguna Hills, back in 2015.

Silas thank you for your response I looked up some info on this Vine and it seems to be pretty Hardy and should do well here in California
