Good day mate, your palms look good, your potting mix looks good, I wouldn't worry too much for a year or two. But that's just me. My mixes are more organic than a lot of other peoples. This allows me to water and fertilize less. Your mix also appears to be high in organics too rather than rocks and grit and clay balls so I would think that they don't need fertilizing at all. Here are some of mine, about nine species they have been in the pots for a year or two with no fertilizer.  The Metallica in the front do look a bit pale but they get a lot of sun, I might give them something and see if it helps. :D

Disclaimer, But I have not grown Christmas palms and I don't know their specific requirements. Growing conditions 'here' outside differ from 'there' inside.

It is not dead, it is just senescence.

I agree with Steve - I don't think your seedlings will require any fertilization for a while.  Palm seedlings get the nutrients they require initially from the seed itself.  Adonidia merrillii have a fairly large seed.  It wouldn't hurt giving them something like fish emulsion - fertilizer would probably cause more harm than good at that stage unless it was very diluted.  I'd give them a year as well.

I suggest you let them all grow. You may need them if you lose the others. Adonidias are very tough to grow in cold, dark, dry northern houses. You've done a good job so far, so don't get cavalier with culling.
