Now that you are as confused as I am, I just received an email from noreply@palms.org with the above bizarre topic and the content:

Yes!!! I got this email too! So weird. It must be a glitch or something of the like, I have no idea what it is. Thanks for sharing, I was wondering if anyone else got that email!

Please note that as far as I can tell, this has nothing to do with PalmTalk (palmtalk.org). The main IPS website is palms.org from where this email was apparently generated. The two websites are entirely separate.

For those of you who have received this email - will you please either confirm or deny if you are (or have ever been) an IPS Member. I am trying to make sure that this email was generated via their database, and not ours. Some people are believing this is connected to PalmTalk forums. Thanks

I am an IPS member.  The "from" address appears to be the same address from which the other IPS email newsletters and webinar alerts originate.  So to me it looks like an IPS (Palms.org) glitch and not a Palmtalk.org glitch.
