Hey Guys,

I’m about to buy this dragon tree and wondering what you think is wrong with it and if it is saveable? Its been in a 150L grow bag for 3 years. Leaves are yellowing and drooping. After searching a bit it seems like it could be over water/root rot? I have attached an image. Thanks!
