Hey guys I have some seedlings that are smaller then others, I think it might be an over watering issue, If I reduce the watering will the stunted seedling recover and grow normally?

Thanks Guys :)

Over-watering of seedlings is very common.  Do you have fungus gnats also ?  That is a sure sign of too moist medium,  don't water unless the surface looks truly dry.  Some seedlings from the same seed batch will always be stronger or weaker than their siblings.   Unless the species is very rare I always cull about 10% each time I move up a pot size.   Your pot size is quite large for the size of the plants.  This exacerbates the over-water tendency.

Good luck !  :)

Thanks, I put the seedlings in better faster draining medium. There were a few Fungus Gnats but not too meany. Will the smaller seedling just be smaller trees, or will they just die off?

Thanks

Sometimes the size differential is just because one seed germinated much sooner than the others.  If the smaller ones germinated at approximately the same time as the larger ones, then they are congenitally weaker plants.  These I discard, and grow on only the stronger ones.   What species are your seedlings ?
