Does anybody know what this plant is? I think its a cycas multipinnata with strange colors. It's been like this from germination untill now 1 year further. Will it stays like this? I love it.

Well i have been thinking of the idea of nutrition deficiency. I think this is impossible. It was like this from day 0. I use expensive soil which states: nutrition for 6 months. This is a statement for mature big plants. Why would this tiny leaf use all the nutrition in just a couple of hours / days where big plants have enough for 6 months?

other thing is: the leaf feels very healthy: it grows very quick and feels fresh.

I have searched for varigation. This is very interesting and looks the same as nutrition deficiency.  Take a look at this link, its beautiful:

there is even a post asking for photos:

As reaction on your question: it just has 2 leafs: one green and one yellowish. They grow from the same moment. So this is also a reason to doubt malnutrition.

so now we have:

- nutrition soil for 6 months

- brother leaf, born on the same moment, is green.

for now varigation is the answer and i still believe this is the multipinnata. Makes it much more rare

That's a manganese deficiency.  The affected leaves will not improve when you correct the nutrient.  The next leaves to grow will be corrected and look like the older leaf.

If this deficiency is present when new leaves form, the damage is done and will not correct on the affected leaves.
