A. maximiliana is the closest that I have foud to this one's appearance, but Max has the impression of the newer leaves on the older leaves and this one has no impressions...
I found it for sale a 20 dollars and would like to get it if it doesn't dup something I already have

I'm not sure about Maximiliana for that one, I think Max has the secondary small teeth in between each big one.  You could also look up Agave Verdensis or Delamateri.  Both are pretty rare, and are possibilities.  Another possible is Colorata, because there are a huge variety of leaf shapes.

Someone at Agaveville concurs with your observation regarding the lack of secondary teeth, and suggests a. americana as a possible match.

What think you?

I was just throwing out a couple of names of other medium-sized grey-blue ones for ideas.  It didn't quite look like Americana to me, which is why I didn't mention it.  But Americana hybridizes with everything on the planet, so it's possible.  For example, the way the leaves come out of the middle reminds me more of Desmettiana, and the red teeth remind me of Gentryi "Jaws."  I've never seen red teeth on an Americana.  And it has a couple of interstitial teeth, but not many...and I don't recall ever seeing interstitial teeth on an Americana.  That's probably why Greg suggested "americana-ish" instead of saying it was definitely Americana.  Greg and Gee know about 11ty billion times more about agaves than me!  I'd guess a hybrid of some sort, maybe Americana x Gentryi.
