Palm id?

Ft lauderdale area.  At first I thought it’s a coconut. But after over a year growing it seems too slow to be one.  Is it a coconut?

cocos for sure...  maybe planted in pot?  very stunted

Thanks. I thought it was a coconut, but its been in the ground over a year and yes, it must be very stunted.  That is the first new frond in 1.5 years.  I'd like to keep it that way though as can't have a tall palm there.     Thanks. I was think I was crazy of thinking it was something else.   The soil is sucks also so prob a combo of being dwarfed in a pot too long then in the ground with zero nutrients.
