@ErikSJI - looks like the forum only allows 200 pm threads max (see my screenshot below). I'd be willing to bet you're sitting at 200 pm's which is why new pm's cant be created. It would probably work if you deleted some old pm threads. This would also explain why those of us who had previous open threads with you are able to send PM's
