Have lots falling off and they are still green.

There is a seed inside . 

Palmpedia has a ton of info , BUT the only thing I want to know is not there . 

Please help .

Michael, @Bill Austin had some seeds for sale back in June so I bet he could answer that for you.

Light green is ripe for those. Same with several other Dypsis.
