This is an unlabeled palm I have in my greenhouse. I can take additional photos from other angles. The tag I found 'kind of' near it says Balaka macrocarpa but I don;t think that's correct. Would like to put a name on it though. It is about 15 years old. Very slow growing

I think it may actually be microcarpa...as oppose to MACROCARPA the photo on Palmpedia looks just like it

I 100% agree I just cant believe that it hasn't put any size on it or has any trunk. I should have got a pic at florabunda today to reference but I dont work there till next tue

Plants don’t grow if you leave them in pots they need to be in the ground these Nannorrhops are all the same age either planted at different times or left in the pot
