Please advise regarding my Latan Palm

Husain

Recommended Posts

My hybrid latan palm has 18 fronds and I don’t cut any fronds from my palms if it is not 100% dead. In this case I have 6 fronds touching the ground and I am not sure if it is fine to keep them on the ground like this or to cut them. Please advise me what is the best for the palm health

Not going to hurt anything with those fronds laying on tiles. Also wouldn't make any difference if you cut some of the lowest fronds off just to tidy up,but that's up to your preference.B)

Keep them..  Beetles find these a convenient escalators to the Latania Super-Malls:P.

Just kidding but I would keep them. More photosynthesis? Go with what the other guys say.

Compliments for your beautiful specimen.
