Breadfruit Trees in North Miami

Here are some pics of different sized Breadfruit trees I saw this afternoon driving around North Miami. In one of the pics you can see two different trees in neighboring yards. They are somewhat common in this area now. There were many smaller ones as well which I didnt take pics of.

This is a sign of how the climate zones have changed. I remember when these were very marginal even on Key Biscayne.

I am trying breadfruit, soursop unprotected in my yard. I imagine there will be normal die back or shock some years, but from what I see from my neighbors, everything seems to outgrow it quickly. Who knows if this is just a warm set of years or a climate shift to a more permanent truely tropical climate (which would be my dream come true).
