Springtails - Do I fight them?

Hello,

I noticed i have springtails on Lytocaryums, how deadly those creatures are? I've read they are fairly not dangerous to plants but I need to be sure since they infested my favorite palms.
I must have brought this crap with a potting mix I used for my balcony plants.  Should i fight them now since there are not so many visible? If so, is there non chemical alernative?
