I’m not sure what these are. Can anyone help?

That is normal.  I forgot what it is called but it is on most palms

Perfectly normal part of the leaflets and on many palm species.

That looks a bit like how the currently emerging leaf on my Cyrtostachys renda "Apple" looks.  It prompted me to fertilize and it looks a little more uniformly dark green, but the treatment did not make the mottling go away entirely.

Thank you. Weird because I’ve never seen that on palms. The small 1/4” looking bugs on it!  I’m a commercial pest control operator and I‘ve dealt with many palms lol. But then again, there’s always something new. Thank you guys! 9EE2868E-6AB3-4E9D-B5F6-73F5F2CB9A26.thumb.jpeg.e35bb68e843bb210543495a6aa8d4737.jpeg

Thank you. I also have a licuala peltata var. sumawongii and a Verschaffeltia splendida. I just sold a variegated fishtail as well! Check out these other cool Variegated specimens. I’m not in my office And I don’t know the names off the top of my head!
