This dwarf is clearly not a regular minor. Its around 20 years old from seed and has been flowering for a long time. This year it shot up the tallest flower of its life and is only a few inches above the leaves.  Flowers stalks are as big around as a pencil do not typically extend past the leaves. Seeds produced are extremely small just a little bigger than guihaia.  Palm has multiple trunks but top of the leaves are less than 36"  Any guesses to what variety it is?

Have you ever fertilized it and watered it a lot in the warm season . The Minors in my yard that I baby with water and fertilizer get way bigger and more robust than the ones I don't give any special attention to . It probably isn't the NC ecotype shown below . This is one in the wild . Check out the  Gary's Nursery website for more pictures of big minors .

Maybe you have a Blountstown Dwarf? The only thing that doesn’t seem like it though is the leaves are a bit wider... maybe it is something else.

It's not a blountstown, those are smaller and the flowers are much longer than the leaves. This one is a head scratcher.

Wakulla dwarf- maybe a bit bigger than usually advertised due to the age?

Hot damn @Chester B. I think you're on to something! That is the closest match that I've seen yet and it is an old plant.
