The first one looks like a Dioon species, possibly edulis. The second one looks similar to Lepidozamia hopei I have. Just a guess though..

The second one looks like a lepidozamia for sure, but hopei are fairly hard to get. The lepidozamia peroffskyana is much more abundant in Australia, so I would put my money on it.

Beautiful cycads, with monster size cones.  The peroffskyana handles temperate climates much  better, but I have both growing in Sydney in the garden.
