My old friend Jim Wright (rip) gave my wife this brom years ago. The plant grows baby brooms off the flower stalk. These pictures  are pups off the original brom. I lost the original tag so for now I call them Jim broms.

Thanks for your input.  The first one that I  got a few years ago had alot of pups these are actually pups off of those.
