Spotted yesterday at nursery.  No one new what it was, pot not labeled.  Thought it might be common Arecca but color of leaf sheath looks different.,  No price tag as well.

Certainly looks like Dypsis lutescens to me. They can really have some beautiful coloring at that age.

Dypsis lutescens which can actually be a beautiful palm when not grown in a giant clump.
