Palms to lift the spirits

Well things have been so bleak and restricted lately I thought I'd treat myself to a present. For those who have never ordered from Floibunda, the shipping in a work of art. What they can pack in a box safely and ship to you is just amazing. The last picture is only half the box.

My spirits are uplifted just by those photos! I want to place an order with Floribunda, too. But as we're having a terrible drought and brush fires I think I will hold off until the rainy season gets underway.

Have any of the Aussies on the forum had success with a Floribunda order?

Mahalo Floribunda indeed. My order just came in Thursday. I think my largest single order yet. The size of some of the “1 gallons” is comical. In a good way.

Btw, most my experience comes with 1 gallons and larger. I am very open to advice for best way to take care of those baby D. Baronii black stems as seen in last pick. Do you guys just use the mister setting on hose nozzle to avoid over saturation of the roots? How often do you water them? I am still trying to learn the gentle touch.

Good on you guys, how exciting to receive an order of healthy, uncommon, beautiful palm specimens. Much better than an Amazon box.

The Floribunda order form creates quite a dilemma of what you need versus what you want. Living here in Hilo and being able to just drive

up the hill to get the ‘good’ stuff is, well..........overwhelming. Such a good feeling!

@realarch......yes, I’m never as excited about a box from Amazon as I am a box from Floribunda. :D If I lived so close I might be broke.

@redant.....ask and you shall receive.

Nice stuff.  The way the palms are packed is amazing,  I couldn't do that.
