Queen palm yellowed & wilting fronds

I recently noticed 2 of 3 Queen palms fronds were yellowing. The one that’s is still very green is only about 10-12 feet away from the one in worst condition, the other sickly one is across the yard and still has a lil bit of green. I don’t see any new fronds growing and already applied fertilizer to one. Help is greatly appreciated cuz I can not afford a tree doctor so I have no funds for my fronds.
