Unhealthy Lady Palm - desperate need of help!

Hi Everyone,

I am really struggling keeping my lady palm healthy.

I've had it for about two years now and the browning of leaves has accelerated the last 3 to 4 months.

It had a mealy bug infection that I just just can't get rid of. I sprayed it with 70% alcohol, including the leaves, and didn't rinse it off. I think the watering schedule is fine, a liter a week and I don't let it get too dry. I'm not sure about lack of humidity, I don't know of I should report it. I don't think it gets too much sun. It is in a south facing window but filtered through drapes. I did have a window open above it, so I thought maybe the colder nights is doing damage?
