That is close, but that species tends to have yellow to straw colored denser spines. When it blooms, if the flowers are cream colored it could be Mammillaria parkinsonii - if red maybe Mammillaria geminispina.

 Mammillaria parkinsonii looks like a dead ringer. Will see when it blooms
