Can anyone help identify this palm for me?I had someone tell me it upright queen but i don think so. thanks!

It does have the look of that upright queen in Dade City, FL.

I think that Queen leaves are plumose.

I don't think that it is a Queen.

I bet you've got a hybrid CIDP and Phoenix robelenii here.  And, for what it's worth, I agree it's an upright queen in your original post.
