Beautiful backyard! & palms of course! I'm super jealous of your Sabal Birmingham & Mule :P 

The Sabal Birmingham was one of my favorite sabals years ago. I still would put it in top 5 for sure. I loved the story of this palm & especially the cold hardiness! I would visit Gary's nursery's website all the time to gaze at the the photos & be in aah. Back then when I only knew of 10-15 different types of palms that could potentially grow in my area lol! Not saying I could grow tons of them just that this was my infant stage.  

I think I read or seen pictures on here that say Gary's Birmingham is no longer living, do you know this to be true?

Lowest temp. I can expect each year 19/20*f lowest since I've been growing palms *13(2007) Hottest temp. Each year *106

I think Gary’s palmetto next to that Birmingham died but I don’t know about the Birmingham itself if it died later!
