Arenga Pinnata Blooming in New Smyrna Beach

Frank

Recommended Posts

The files below show  pictures of one of my Arenga pinnatas currently blooming in New Smyrna Beach.

(I could not figure out how to insert the picture into the post)

It should bloom for another 4 to 6 years and then die.

All foliage growth has stopped.

It took  38 years from seed germination to blooming.

It survived all of the freezes of the 80s.
