I am planing to built a well soon and I am wandering what kind of rare, demanding palm in the future, will be smart to grow here? maybe 2 to 3 varieties?

4500 meters where I have rain and city water mixed in a deposit. PH 8,5. Temp Min -6 celcius. Temp Max ? in direct sun we had 2 days at 56 degrees celcius.

Will you use textile bag for planting? any advices photos etc will be welcome. Its a past cereal organic grow here and it was not tilted much to preserve the soil horizons.

Will you plant more tied to help with shade and watering, specially if we will be selling young palms too.

I like the jubaea, it does not make sense to plant washingtonian here, too much competition and price too low to compete. I don´t want too many issues with pests and disease too.
