Issue with older Serenoa repens fronds

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if you could tell me what might be going on with my palm.  It is still growing out of all of the shoots but some of the older fronds are turning black and shriveling.  It started mostly after I brought it in for the winter.  It has been inside for almost 2 months and has another 2 before it goes back out.  Is this no big deal or is there something I can do?  Thanks!

How long have you had this palm. Is it your first winter with it? I had one similar to this. Still have and it got some root rot indoors in the cooler times and did the same thing. It was my first Palm and wasn’t draining enough and the cold soil it didn’t like
