Phoenix roebellini in a sump bath

Hey everyone here is my two pots of Pygmy dates. One pot has 4 one has 3. Anyways just to show what I do for my indoor winter setup up here in 43 degrees north southern Ontario I put my potted palms over my sump pit and water the heck out of them and not worried about making a mess in a bathroom or clean up. The pump sucks up everything just about. One thing to note and I’ve said it before Pygmys are bulletproof up here. They don’t mind moist roots they survive just fine and grow like weeds for me indoors with no issues
