I wanted to share some pictures of lights on plants I found at the gardens this evening. The lights bring them out nicely. Shot in black and white for contrast.

Love the filifera with all those lights, and the ocotillo. And that Joshua Tree, lit up, looks like it's onstage belting out quite a song! Thanks for sharing those nice pix. Good to see some b/w used to good effect.

Thank you for the kind words! Filifera and Joshua tree are two of my favorite plants.

Are those all in St. George? You don’t see a lot of Saguaro there, everything else is pretty common.

Corpus Christi, TX, near salt water, zone 9b/10a! Except when it isn't and everything gets nuked.

They are. That’s true, they’re not particularly hardy for our area. They had a lot of other cacti that were not lit and covered under protection. I was pleasant surprised this was one was not.
