Dracaena germination

Has anyone dealt in the germination of various Dracaena seeds? Specifically Draco, Cinnabari, Serrulata, or Ombet? I’ve read Cinnabari typically has a less than 10% success rate, so I thought I would reach out before attempting any.

From what I have noticed with D. draco is that the seeds don't germinate uniformly, but more sporadically.  If conditions are right a larger percent may germinate but some may not.  This is based on the seedlings still popping up all over the garden from the bloom in 2016 and mature seed from summer of 2017.  I would not give up on seeds that don't germinate right away.  They may surprise you.  I have discarded some palms seeds like Parajubaea only to have them germinate where they were discarded 2-3 years later.
