Its potential is unmeasurable.

That's a fact.

Without being fanciful, however, being reasonable, do not limit yourselves. Had I read the "California palmetorum" book before purchasing my first coconut, I would never have purchased it. I am an engineer, and hence that is why I call my first coco my "accident."

Sometimes, "accidents" happen and they work. So have faith. I'm not talking about unreasonable (illogical) climates. But hey, if it works, it works.

Yeah, if you’re of retirement age it’s a gold mine. A lot of retirement communities, golf communities, RV parks etc.  Extremely cheap cost of living, great weather, outdoor activities etc. But for someone with school age kids it seems difficult to find the right combination of career/schools/communities. I think this area is on its way to develop into something so I haven’t given up yet.

Had I known, I would have looked for it. I really didn’t go to out of my way for most of these pictures. It was just stuff I spotted as I was driving along, looking at the area. I’m sure there’s all kinds of hidden treasure down here.

Thanks. I hope to be out there again soon. Hopefully with blue skies. If anyone else has any recommendations on what to look for, let me know.
