Is this a palm and if so which one?

Definitely not a palm. It’s common Monstera. These are almost always available at Home Depot in the shade plant section. They will adapt to full sun however.

Philodendron bipinnatifidum (Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidum).

I meant Philodendron selloum, not Monstera.
