Looks like some sort of pachypodium. Note the red highlights

Any ideas as to which Pachy this might be?

Euphorbia ( will bleed that funky white latex when kincked ) possibly one of the Crown of Thorn hybrids.

Ohhh well, was hoping for a pachy... Already have to many crown of thorns
