Anyone know who is in charge of these emails? I received 2 identical emails (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) on Thursday, 8/1, stating that my membership will soon need renewal. I replied to both of them, "I tried to renew my membership through the website, and when I logged in and clicked the New button, it says "Account - This content is restricted to subscribers". When I go through the Membership link at the top of the page and click "Join Now", it takes away the option for a one-year membership inside the US (the $55 one). Please advise." It has been one and a half weeks and I have yet to receive a reply.

This is not good if IPS is already struggling...

Can anyone here help?

Please send the membership manager Ari this and she can help. avassallo@stansfeldllc.com. You can also call her at 512-851-1411 Ext 106. Please let her know the errors you got and how you received them as it will help her fix the new member management area. Thanks.

I asked our developer about why two emails were sent and he said last week he realized he hadn’t turned off the staging server where the test site was built. ☹️

Ari can assist with the other issue. I forwarded your comments here as well.
