Are my seeds still good

Hi, I’ve bought a few batches of seed this year from reputable sellers in the uk. They have been soaked in warm water as per sellers instructions and placed in a ziplock bag in moist spaghnum moss. Placed on fish tank top or router in the house to keep temperature. I understand the germination process can be long but some have been in the bags 3+ months. I have cut a few open to check inside and most are a hard milky colour. Are these seeds still good? I’m fairly new to this, I have had lots of luck with the Washingtonia filifera and robusta as all germinated within weeks but the others seem to have stalled. Any advice would be appreciated.

What are they? If you have warm temperatures now they probably would do better in a small container with some light we’ll drained potting soil. Put them in the sun, planted just below the surface and keep warm and moist but not soaked.   Some seeds germinate fast and others months or even longer.
