Very interesting specimen. It looks nice.

Who knows what Phoenix Sp. they are..

Reclinata is a clumping palm and Rupicola doesn't get very tall (20ft).

Rupicola is usually less tall than his cousins dactylifera and canariensis but can be tall when old. Look at this pic from Darjeeling    ttp://www.palmpedia.net/wiki/images/e/ea/Pr801.jpg

Thank you for the suggestion. I not know of P. Rupicola until now.

These palms are likely very old - maybe 100 years or so.  I think I can see them as young palms without trunks in this old photo

And  possibly as brand new planting here although looks a bit close to the building so that may not be the same palm.

This confirms P. Rupicola does grow down here and notes that hybrids have been recorded to 22m
