Sabal disease

Can somebody identify the disease affecting my Sabal collection showed in the posted pictures below? It has killed over the previous years several Sabal specimens and symptoms have been always identical. Recently I have removed last 4 affected specimens (palmetto, domingensis, mexicana and minor) and made an autopsy on them.

Palmetto on the right, domingensis on the left.

Minor

This one had remained in the ground more years after infection and therefore basal plate has quite rotten.20190707_092721.thumb.jpg.e86c1117f15536be998e34589802860b.jpg

Symptoms do not appear initially on the spear region but rather on the latest rosette of fully developed leaves, which die rapidly, and then disease proceeds to emerging spear leaves until spear pull or elimination of any part of spear outside the sheath. Then growth stops and remain alive still only older leaves for an indefinite time. The minor bloomed and fruited last year  though already dead. I did not manage to save a single plant!
