Unless they are referring to the twin young W. filifera in the front, which, while lovely, leave me underwhelmed if that is the extent of the “mature palm trees”.

Here's one that was for sale in Portland, but strangely no mention of the palms.?!%  This is just a fraction of what is on the lot.  I saved the picture as a reference for a hell strip planting.

This statement is misinterpreted. I’m sure what the realtor means is that the house is in the area where mature palm trees grow. As if the word ‘landscape’ had to be substituted for ‘scenery’.
