Considering buying this one

I am thinking of buying this agave but would like to know what it is first, in order to avoid nasty suprises

Like it gets to a height of 35 meters in 5 years...

It kinda looks like an Attenuata in the normal greenish type, a.k.a. Foxtail Agave.  They are pretty quick growing but not frost tolerant, they grow to about 4' tall and 5-6' diameter, and generally make quite a few offsets.  The height might be referring to the flower stalk when they mature, but it definitely isn't the mature height of the actual plant.
