Hardiness of star jasmine and barium oleander

I was just wondering how hardy nerium oleander and star jasmine are. Here in zone 7a I think they would be borderline. Any info is apppreciated.

There is also a pink- flowered version of Star Jasmine but haven't seen it locally. Would suspect it's hardiness is similar to the typical white variety.

Based on growing experience from around here Hardy Pink is rated 8B (damage at 16F), Hardy red  (damage at 12F) and Mathilde Ferrier (damage at 13F) are both rated to 8A, but it is recommended to keep in full hot sun in a protected location- against a south  or west facing wall is ideal.

For the star jasmine they are rated to 7B, so you might be able to keep it going in a good protected microclimate in the ground, not the pot.
