Plant/Tree ID Requested

While walking near downtown Orlando, I found this plant growing between the sidewalk and the road (there were a couple of other small ones nearby), but I didn’t see any plants nearby that looked like they could be the parent.

When it was smaller, I wondered if it was a popcorn cassia, but as it’s grown, it has started to look like it could be a tree possibly?

Does anybody know what this is?

I should add that when I collected it in, say, late March, it was 6-8” tall, now it is a good 4 feet.
