The Southeast is surely seeing above average temperatures this month. It will be in the mid 90's to 100ºF here this week without any rain in sight.

Out my way we got a nice thunderstorm move through. At one point we saw some hail. Hearing thunder probably about 20 seconds apart. I'm happy to get some rain at this time of the year. Got a half inch today which is pretty good for us.

  • 2 weeks later...

As chris mentioned the thunderstorm was pretty crazy here actually hit a pine tree in my front yard and caught it on fire never seen lightning hit so close in my hole life . It’s been really weird weather so far . Cool and wet sprinkling just about every morning and sunny and hot during the day . Plants are loving it . Although the weeds are enjoying it as well. Just had a acre worth of weeds taken care of last week . Going to be doing some serious planting this coming weekend .
