Nice pictures.. 

#3 is Grass Nuts, Dichelostemma capitatum  .. Bulbs are supposed to be edible,  hence the last part of the common name.  Fairly common around the ft. hill areas of Arizona also.

Thinking picture #5  is a non-native also, Can't remember what sp. it is though.. Foliage stinks if i remember right.  See  Annual S. African Daisy in Picture #6.  in yards, and naturalized in abandoned lots here and there around Phoenix. 

Just finished yanking / trimming all the poppies / other stuff i had going this spring in the front yard here..
