Ravenea hildebrandtii - SOLD

Recommended Posts

LJG

I have a very old, flowering Ravenea hildebrandtii for sale. You have to dig and it’s yours for $150 because you must dig. These palms transplant with ease as I have moved my other one twice now in the garden

I pruned a canopy tree and this plant is now getting way too much sun. As ridiculous as it sounds, I have no where to move it in the garden - plus I have another :)

Josh, Ravenea is dioecious,  if you only have one plant  this second one will be 50% probability to produce a gendered pair !

Didn't I read somewhere that there are no more seeds of R. hildebrandtii available ??  :winkie:

Len and Josh, what gender are each of your palms ?

Mine is a male Darold. I think between my female,  this palm for sale, Josh plant and Gary’s, someone can come pollinate in Cali if so inclined.

Man what a deal! I would totally snatch that up but not much money at the moment. Started school recently.
