Mule Palm Frond Spots?

My mule palm has had these frond spots on its fronds for the last 2 years or so. It seems to be getting worse unfortunately though. If you know what they are, thanks!

Mine has some although not nearly as bad.  At first I thought fungal issues and sprayed with copper fungicide, now I'm leaning more toward cold damage for mine.  Mine has seen temps in mid 20's quite a bit

How cold it experience? Mine has experienced some random spotting and I doubt it was from cold. Coldest they saw was 26f.

Maybe, but it’s only seen the upper twenty’s. It might be though.

Around 27-28 degrees, so I don’t think it was cold related but it may be.
