This area of our property is almost always guaranteed to get frosty if the weather allows, which makes selecting a palm that is uncommon a challenge.

Mule palms have really been my only consideration, and there are currently two doing well (with one growing like a beast).

This weekend, we planted what is not only extremely uncommon, but super cold and frost tolerant....the notorious ‘Lisa’ Sabal palmetto (x2)!!!

Those look great! Where did you get them from?

I hate to reveal my source, because I might just need to grab a couple more...but I’m sure the seller would appreciate the shout out.
