Here's one of the dressage farms down the street from me.  It's 15 acres / 6 hectares which they've owned since 2001.      It's a nice mix of palms, bromeliads, flowering trees, and open space.

What a cool ranch!!! Nice to have the space so you can really highlight each plant rather than having to cram then all in.

I tried to edit the post with captions, but I’m not able to.   The first white ones are Dypsis leptocheilos- Teddy Bear Palms.  They have the super fuzzy brown crownshafts.    They are seedlings from the Lavell Farm next door...which has the original group of them.  The white ones after that with green trunks are Pseudophoenix- Buccaneer Palms.
